I’m Lucy, an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC), breastfeeding counsellor and holistic sleep coach.

A little about me:

I am passionate about supporting families and I know first hand how difficult navigating parenthood can be. I am trained to listen to your story and work with you. I have personal experience with both re-lactation and exclusive pumping for a non-latching newborn, and a special interest in lactation and neurodivergence.

I am a mother to two neurodivergent children, and I have ADHD. Our lives are low-demand and self-directed, and we love the creativity that creates!

I hope to be the friendly ear you need to overcome the challenges you are facing, because I know that the right support makes all the difference.

In my spare time I love to play Minecraft, drink far too much coffee, and create art. I am a introverted person and enjoy the peace of walking on the beach (once the tourists have gone home! ha!).

I spend far too much time chasing this rather quirky cat around and she regularly tries to join in on zoom calls. *sigh*
