I'm Lucy Ruddle, IBCLC. I am passionate about supporting families to meet their individual breastfeeding goals, and supporting professionals to do the same. I am excited to be leading you through this course and looking forward to diving into the content with you.
Please take some time to familiarise yourself with the course information.
During the course, should you need any support please reach out to myself and my assistant via email lucyruddle_ibclc@outlook.com
We are here to help.

Membership FAQs
-
By joining the course, you understand and agree that you will not share any course content, including the Zoom recordings, with anyone at any time.
We will be discussing confidential matters and it is essential that the group feels safe. A safe space is essential to learning - confidentiality and respect is non-negotiable.
Confidentiality will only be broken by myself if I am concerned for your immediate safety, or that of someone you are caring for. In this case, I will let you know what I will do next, which may be a call to emergency services, social care, or IBLCE.
-
If you have an accessibility need please let us know as soon as possible. It is important to us that the course is accessible to all.
-
Refunds will not be given for On-Demand memberships.
For Mentoring Memberships, refunds will not automatically given once the course has begun, except in emergency circumstances, and at Lucy’s discretion. It can take up to 5 working days for a refund to process.
-
I am an IBCLC in Private Practice. I am not an expert in UK or Global law, or business requirements. The information I share with you during our time together is merely what I have learned by going through the processes myself.
By continuing you understand and agree that you are ultimately responsible for ensuring your Practice is up to standard.
If this is something you do NOT agree to, please inform us IMMEDIATELY so we can process a refund.
